In my own spiritual growth, there have been a lot of ups and downs, but this is the road to spiritual growth and you are always growing even if you think you're not. Every decision/choice you make may take you a step forward or backwards, it’s a learning curve on all levels. On my journey I have done it mostly alone, not with spiritual gurus etc. The only time I had a teacher was when I learnt my healing modalities. I created the Reprogram Your LIFE oracle deck to help you with some of the subjects that may come up for you.

How to use the oracle cards

When looking at your card use the first thought that comes to you, plus your intuition, write your thoughts in a journal. The oracle cards are here to activate within you what needs to be done, accomplished etc, in order for you to move on to the next chapter/part of your life, or to reassure you - you are on the right path.

You will discover your most inner deep thoughts, traumas and emotions that may arise while engaging with the cards. You can just use them for surface information or go much deeper. It’s up to you!

How often should I use this deck?

You can use this oracle card deck daily, weekly or monthly for guidance and work on that card and see where in your life or within yourself you need to make some adjustments.

If a card comes up that I don’t like, what should I do?

Don’t ignore a card just because you don’t like it. This usually means that there is a big issue that needs to be addressed. With some of the cards, you may want to ask a very good friend or family member that you trust how they perceive you, see you, and how you come across. You may not be aware that you are doing certain things, or behaving in a certain way.

What is inner work?

What spiritual teachers call ‘inner work’ is the mastery of your thoughts, emotions, feelings, beliefs, a letting go of past hurts, heartache, grief, trauma and more. You do this by going within yourself, asking yourself questions and making internal changes, so you are no longer attached or triggered by anyone or anything. And if you are attached or triggered in any way, you know how to transform it from within.

The goal is to ground, let go, and awaken the heart by opening it fully. This is total mastery when you can do this, and will counteract any spiritual bypassing, desensitisation and narcissism. Your whole being will glow with divine energy.

This can be achieved by journalling your thoughts, meditation, using crystals, oracle cards and other divination tools. Also, by sitting in a peaceful place in quiet and calm.

This inner work leads you to your authentic self, your true essence because you have peeled away the many layers of trauma, suppressed emotions, blocks, masks and baggage you have put up to protect yourself. It can bring an inner peace within yourself, a contentment that everything is how it should be, a sort of knowing from within. This takes work on your part and everyone is different. It takes bravery and strength and determination to face your fears and buried emotions and traumas.

Everyone’s experiences and goals are different, but there is a healing road you can follow that others have walked before you as a sort of road map. But just be flexible with it as you are following your own path and it could vary to another’s.

The Reprogram Your LIFE is my spiritual journey on the cards and the information in the guidebook

This is only part of my journey as I have been doing this for 11 years now. The Reprogram Your LIFE oracle cards, Guidebook, Light Language MP3 Album, Learn to process your Emotions & Trauma mediation are all part of that road I followed, and it is my experience. Other spiritual teachers may tell you, “oh but I did it differently” and that’s ok, as I said different life experiences, different past and past-lives experiences to heal, release etc.

Just concentrate on your journey and don’t compare yourself to others, prioritise yourself and you won’t regret it.

It may seem selfish but if you are not healed and clear (which we are never completely done) you can’t progress with your life in all areas, and then help others if you want to.

These oracle cards can help you realise where to focus your healing and self-discovery.

Example from the Reprogram Your LIFE Oracle cards- Card- 30 Doubt – When doubt comes knocking on the door, ask, “What am I fearing?”

When you doubt yourself or others you possess fear of something. You have to find what that fear is within you that you put there or was instilled in you by others or experienced. This is the inner work, looking, locating, releasing energetically and from the body.

You may have to work through the fear too; to prove to yourself there’s nothing to fear and the more you do it the fear dissolves as it’s only an illusion. Anyone can do this with the right direction and tools you don’t have to be spiritual.

Example from the Reprogram Your LIFE oracle cards – Card – 29 Triggers – Who or what is triggering you? Your triggers are all about you.

When you get triggered by someone or a situation, there is usually something within you that is the problem. The outside circumstance is mirroring back to you that something’s up. Again, it’s going within. What is it that’s triggering you so deeply? Can you feel or see something in your body? Is it causing you to be anxious, frustrated, angry, annoyed? Where do you feel it in your body? Then sit with it and try to release it (you may have to learn how to do this). You will find once released and you go back to the same person or situation there will no longer be that trigger.
