I create a calm, peaceful safe and protected space for you to work through, (or I will do it for you) release and heal any suppressed/stuck emotions, trauma, polarities, shadows, inner child trauma, shields, walls, boundaries, and many more things in this life and past lives that no longer serve you. Transforming them and releasing them energetically in the body and energetic field, releasing them for good. There may be many layers to work on, I work on these all at the same time, but saying that you can only release what is ready to be released, otherwise the body would go into shock. Before closing the session, we will call any of your power back and any soul parts that need to come back. Then integrating, balancing, harmonising the body and energetic systems including chakras and aura. Then grounding your energy and the healing into the centre of the Earth. By doing this clearing you will feel a sense of relief, a peacefulness, a calmness, and happier. Working on yourself, doing the inner work you will slowly become lighter and lighter which will raise your vibration and make you feel more vibrant, uplifted and inspired. You are here to feel those emotions of yours, not suppress them. You are your thoughts and emotions. Chakras and aura and other energetic systems may be cleared and cleansed too. During the healing if there is anything else that needs to be transformed or released this will also be done; such as cords, hooks, curses, entities, blocks and more.
