Last year in January 2024 I went for a week’s break, to stay in a barn conversion in nature for a rest from everything and everyone.
This was a much-needed break as I had been spinning too many plates at the same time for too long and was exhausted. The first day I settled in and had a very long sleep, didn’t do anything and it was lovely. The next day I got my new note book out and sat and meditated which I do quite often.
To my surprise I started channelling, writing down as much as I could. Now a few years ago I had wanted to create an oracle deck and I think the universe had been listening as this is what I was channelling. I have channelled messages, artwork, and other things but not on such a large scale.
Day by day I would write nearly all day, with just a few breaks here and there. Now I know what my writer friend meant when she referred to her writer’s prison (this is not a bad thing).
Something inside me was constantly telling me to sit down and write. I don’t sit much normally as I like getting up and going and doing things, so this was foreign to me and difficult. I couldn’t believe how much was coming out of me. Anyway, this lasted for 2-3 months.

Next, what am I going to do with it and how? I needed professional help to produce and get illustrations drawn (which I already mostly knew what I wanted) for the cards and long guidebook. Scouring the internet I found Wonderland Publishing in Canada, a long way away but I didn’t mind. I had a lovely chat and meeting with Anna and another Anna for the illustrations from Bulgaria, what a lovely cosmopolitan collaboration. We started with everything and the cards were coming to life.
The funny thing is, I bought a new car in that period of time and kept asking spirit for a name for my car. It came within a few days later, Antoinette, a bit of an unusual name and not one I would have come up with. I am going somewhere with this...
So, then it got me thinking about the witch I had created for the cards, what if I gave her a name. A few days later Henrietta was born. I thought, “hey - she needs a side kick, a friend”, then Willa was born. Over the next few days, the rest of the funny mix of family was born, and it came in very quickly. Then after a while they all had individual characters too.
Spirit always surprises me with the progress of these things that come to me, and I am sure we are not finished with Henrietta and her friends.
I have been able to channel spirit, light beings, ancestors, past-lives, Universe, Mother Earth, light language, anything I tune into really since I released my emotional baggage and trauma out of my energetic system and body. It left me with a clear channel to channel messages and downloads. I had a lot to clear, so it’s taken me many years to do so. Becoming a healer, which I had already been in multiple life times also helped.
You too can achieve this. Maybe you have some untapped psychic gifts waiting to come to the surface but can’t because you have too much stuck energy that needs processing.
The healing treatments that I received from Jasmine have helped me enormously.
